1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
Premade tart shells or homemade pastry
Caramel sauce (about 1 tablespoon per tart shell)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the tart shells in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, eggs, heavy cream, pumpkin spice, and brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into each tart shell, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before drizzling caramel sauce over each tart.
- Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy!
Notes
