Ingredients
400 millilitres whipping cream
750 grams mascarpone cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3–4 cups strong coffee
30–36 ladyfinger cookies
cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, instant coffee granules, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the strong coffee, ensuring not to soak them.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, dust with cinnamon for garnish.
Notes
For best flavor, allow the tiramisu to chill overnight. Adjust the coffee granules to taste for desired coffee strength.
